Wireless Networks and Internet of Things (IoT) form the backbone to create pervasive and ubiquitous applications thus are important to the research community. The wireless technologies such as IEEE standards, and Internet of Things (loT) would encompass a wide range of domains such as hardware devices, MAC algorithms, routing protocols, integration of heterogeneous elements, energy efficiency and reliability etc. This self-finance course will enable the participants to learn about the wireless networks and loT protocols. During the hand on sessions, the participants will be engaged in application development based on the technology explained in the lecture sessions. This self-financed short term course will he highly beneficial for the participants who are looking for their career in the wireless domain and automation.  

This is a basic course where the participants will be able to learn about Wireless Network and IoT. Due to COVID senario, the course will be conducted in virtual mode through Cisco Webex / Google Meet.  

Prerequisites: The prerequisite of the course is the knowledge of networking concepts.
